Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for the financial­ affairs of the City, including cash management, utility billing, payroll, financial reporting, and the annual budget, as well as maintaining a system of internal controls for all financial areas.

One of our most demanding and time-consuming projects recently has been to convert the Water System from a flat rate billing to a metered system.
