City Clerk

The City Clerk is elected by voters of the city. The term of the City Clerk is a four (4) year term. The City Clerk is the elections official for the City. The City Clerk’s Office is the official record keeper for the City, responsible for all Council Agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions, legal publications, records management, bid openings and all campaign reports and filings. The City Clerk also administers Oaths of Office, Certifies documents, Acts as custodian of the City Seal and Maintains copies of all agreements and contracts entered into by the City.
Hours of operation:
Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday 7:00 – 5:00 PM
Closed every other Friday
City Council Meetings: Held every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month
at 7:00 PM. City Council Chambers at 383 Main
